Pre-Engineered Plans & Materials
- Professionally engineered blueprints with fast turnaround
- All framing materials required per plan
- Pre-engineered pole barn trusses (4/12 pitch)
- 30 psf snow load
- Up to 135 mph wind load (Exposure B)
Roofing & Siding
- 29-gauge painted metal roofing and siding
- 36-inch ribbed panels
- 29-gauge painted trim
- 1-1/2-inch Woodfast screws (bags of 250 per plan)
Insulation
- 6-foot white vinyl-backed insulation for roof and walls
Doors & Windows
- One 3/0 × 6/8 white 6-panel fiberglass entry door
- White vinyl 4/0 × 3/0 windows per plan
Concrete for Post Footings
- 80-pound concrete bags included per plan specifications
Hardware & Fasteners
- All required hardware per engineered plan
- Two 50-pound boxes of 3-inch × .131 galvanized gun nails
