Established in 2000, PARR Lumber Albany is a medium-sized yard located in the middle of the Willamette Valley. This location caters to builders, contractors, DIYers, and hobbyists. The retail space carries accessories, tools, and items such as YETI, Green Mountain Grills, and rain gear, as well as decking and railing displays.

In 2018, the Albany Chamber of Commerce awarded PARR Lumber Albany with the Small Business of the Year award for its efforts in supporting the community.
