On April 16, we held the groundbreaking ceremony for our PARR Lumber Damascus location, which will be located at 19855 Sunnyside Road, just west of Safeway. This will be our 24th Lumber yard and our 47th location in the Pacific Northwest and will serve the Happy Valley and Sandy markets.
In addition to Lumber and Opti-Frame, our Damascus location will feature an expansive showroom with a Design Center; as well as Door-Millwork.

Parr Lumber was founded in 1930 when Dwight Parr Sr. purchased a small lumber yard in Vancouver, Washington. With personal effort and unwavering dedication to serving his customers and local community, Dwight built Parr Lumber into the brand it is today. PARR is family-owned and operated and supports multiple nonprofit organizations that help with family and housing.
