Tips for Filling Out the Application Electronically
- Download the form and view it with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. You can fill out the form online with some browsers (Edge, Internet Explorer, Opera), but the free Acrobat software will make it easier to fill out the form electronically. You can download the pdf reader here.
- Save your work often.
- The application form requires your signature. You can either print the form, sign it and then scan the document, or you can use a digital signature. You can sign the form digitally with Acrobat by clicking on the signature box on the form. A window will pop up and prompt you to select a digital ID or configure a new digital ID.
- When you have completed and signed the application, email the form as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org
